21.10.2024 The Foundation presented the VYZOV Prize, as well as its international projects, at the 13th Meeting of the Working Group on Science and Technology of the Russian-Indian Intergovernmental Commission on Trace, Economic, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Cooperation. The meeting was held at the National University of Science and Technology MISIS in Moscow.
The meeting participants discussed topical issues of Russian-Indian cooperation in the field of science, including the implementation of scientific basic and applied research, as well as joint calls of research projects. As part of the review of the prospects for current bilateral cooperation and for the development of Russian-Indian cooperation, Elena Eremenko, Vice President of the Vyzov Foundation, spoke about the opportunity for colleagues from India to participate in the international Discovery category of the VYZOV Prize and in the "SCIENCE. DIALOGUE. TRUST." events in 2025.
"Russia and India are confidently moving towards deepening cooperation in science, emphasizing the importance of open dialogue and mutually beneficial ties. Along with productive work in the scientific and educational field, participation in international initiatives such as the VYZOV Prize contribution to the development of future technologies that correspond to the Roadmap of Russian-Indian Cooperation. The events of the Vyzov Foundation can and should contribute to the further expansion of cooperation between our countries and its transition to a qualitatively new level," said Elena Eremenko, Vice President of the Vyzov Foundation for the Development of Scientific and Cultural Relations.
