Authorization Required
Log in to your personal account or register to submit an application for the prize. After logging in, you will need to accept the terms of use and privacy policy.
You can be nominated by any scientist, as well as an Academic Council of your organization. Self-nomination is also allowed. Self-nomination is the most popular way to apply for the "VYZOV" Prize. A submission of an application usually takes around 20 minutes. We don’t want scientists to spend so much time on a paperwork!
Unfortunately, not. According to the rules, only adults (18+) may apply for the "VYZOV" Prize.
Yes. According to the Prize rules, following categories “Engineering Solution”, “Breakthrough”, “Future”, and “Discovery”, may be submitted by a research team of no more than three people. The achievement must have at least one Author—the person who made the greatest contribution to the work. In addition to the Author, up to two Co-authors who participated in the work may be added to the application. In case of winning, 50% of the monetary prize is awarded personally to the Author, and the remaining 50% is shared equally between the Co-authors. “Scientist of the Year” category is strictly individual.
The monetary prize is 13,000,000 rubles in each category.
The "VYZOV" Prize has five categories, each with one Laureate (however, there may also be up to two Co-laureates—except for the “Scientist of the Year” category, which is awarded to one scientist). All Laureates must be adults, with no age restrictions (except “Future” category for young scientists up to 35 years old). Only actively working scientists or engineers can become Laureates. Awards in the categories “Scientist of the Year”, “Breakthrough”, “Engineering Solution”, and “Future” may be received by scientists working predominantly in Russia, while Laureates in the “Discovery” category are scientists working predominantly in other countries (abroad).
Yes. Any work that changes the landscape of science and technology can be recognized with the "VYZOV" Prize. This spectrum may cover different field from natural science to applied mathematics. Even the most abstract scientific work will eventually lead to the creation of new technologies.
Impact is the most important part. We award those scientists and engineers whose work will most strongly shape the future of science and technology around the globe.
You can always check the status of your application at your personal account on the Prize website.
- APPLICATION RECEIVED: Organizers have seen your application and have started processing it.

Personalized bank card will be issued for the Laureate (and for Co-laureates in case of a collective application), and the funds (in rubles) are credited to this card.
